1. Help! I can’t figure out how to get my product.

The checkout process is fairly self-explanatory, however sometimes getting an item downloaded can be tricky. I’ve created a simple video to help you with the steps.

2. I didn’t receive any e-mail with the product that I purchased.

Checking your spam and trash folders is the first step in troubleshooting this one. Many times digital product delivery emails end up filtered into there.

Whether or not you find it in your email, you can login to your account at our Paradise Praises shop any time and download the product from there. Please watch the video above for info on how to do that.

3. How do I download my product files?

As soon as you finish checking out, you will be redirected to a page that contains your product link. You may download from there.

You will also get an email with a unique link. Clicking the link shown under the product name, after the word “Download:” will start your download.

Screenshot 2016-05-14 13.57.18Depending on the type of computer, your file may go into your downloads folder or onto the bar at the bottom of your web browser.

4. How do I save my files to my computer? They opened in a new browser tab or window.

Some browsers open files in a new browser tab or window. In most browsers, this is what you should do: Go to the tab that shows the file, then go to “File” in the menu above and choose “Save As” or “Save Page As.” Your computer will then give you the option to save the file wherever you like.

5. I can’t get the files to download and/or open on my phone.

Many phones don’t have the necessary software to open the file types of the freebies and digital products. Save your email and come back to download when you can use a computer. Don’t forget, you can always access your downloads from within your account. For tips on organizing your ebooks or how to send the PDF ebook to your Kindle or Ereader device, check out this post. 

6. May I share this product with my friends or a Sunday School class?

Every Paradise Praises product is protected by copyright, just like physical books, and license is granted for use within your family only. If you would like your friends to know about it (and I hope you do), please share a link to the page so they can come and check it out themselves!

If you would like to use materials for a church group or homeschool co-op, you will need a Group License to make copies. You will know a product has a Group License available if it shows that option on the product page when you add it to your cart.

7. Are your products available as physical products?

All Paradise Praises products are DIGITAL. If you prefer softcover copies, some of our products are available on Amazon

8. Are your products available for bulk ordering?

On Paradise Praises our products are all digital. If the product exists in print, you may place a bulk order for printed materials by calling the Paradise Praises office. We offer a sweet 30% discount to groups, co-ops and classrooms who place an order of 6 or more of a single printed title.

Please note: this purchase must be made with a single contact person for the group who can give one payment for the entire order. Payment must be received in full prior to processing the order and the order must ship to a single address. Shipping (within the U.S.) is $2.50 per book. 9. Are your products available in other languages?

Yes, some of our products have been translated into Spanish. They are available through our online Spanish bookstore Lemonhass® at www.Lemonhass.com.

10. Can I be an affiliate for your products?

11. What is your statement of faith?
